1.) Why should I buy from Pascals ComicKiste?
As I have a private collection myself and have therefore already experienced quite a lot, I know the expectations as well as the frustration on the part of the buyers.
We therefore attach great importance to secure packaging in order to make the great "experience" of unpacking as good as possible.
2.) What is the reasoning behind the flat shipping rate?
In order to make the shipping costs as transparent as possible, we have decided to set the shipping costs for Germany at 3,99 € and for Europe at 13,99 €.
In practice, this means that we pay for any higher shipping costs.
3.) Why is there no shipping via DHL or other shipping service providers besides the ones listed?
With DHL, the shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the package. We would therefore have to record the exact weights of the books in the background in
order to get an overview of exactly how heavy the package is.
Of course, the weight of the box and the packaging material are also added, which makes the whole
thing very confusing.
For this reason, we have decided to offer you nationwide shipping via DPD and Hermes as well as UPS and UPS and DPD to other EU-countries
You can find more information about this under Payment & shipping.
4.) Will the assortment expand in the future?
An expansion of the assortment takes place continuously. New releases in particular will find their way into the shop.
If there are books that you are particularly looking forward to / that you would like to have, you are welcome to email us to email@example.com.
We will then see to what extent we can implement this wish or expand the range.
5.) Where can I get in touch if I have any questions?
At firstname.lastname@example.org you are welcome to send us anything that comes to mind. We will get back to you as soon as possible
6.) The book I am looking for is not available. What can I do?
You are very welcome to send us a message to email@example.com with the book you are looking for.
We will see if we can get hold of the book and inform you accordingly.
Note: If it is an OOP (out-of-print) title, our possibilities are quite limited. Nevertheless, we will see what we can do.
