Payment & Shipping
Information on payment and payment options:
We offer Paypal, credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as prepayment.
If your preferred payment method is not currently available, please email us to support@pascals-comickiste.com.
We will then check whether it is possible for us to include this method of payment and will draw our attention to the need.
General information about shipping:
Shipment will be made after receipt of payment.
The shipping time is 3 - 4 working days within Germany after receipt of payment and up to 7 working days for shipping to other EU countries.
Depending on the distance, shorter shipping times are also possible.
Both in Germany and abroad, the shipping costs are limited by the shipping flat rate or free of shipping costs starting at €200,00.
The minimum order value (excluding shipping costs) is €20,00.
In practice, this means that the shipping costs do not increase regardless of the quantity of books, and we pay for the higher shipping costs.
For possible shipping to the islands (both within Germany and outside) please email us to support@pascals-comickiste.com beforehand.
Please also note that shipping will only take place when the ordered books are complete.
This means that especially in the case of a mixed order of books in stock as well as pre-orders, dispatch will not take place until the last book has arrived.

Pick-up at the comic shop:
If you want to get a personal impression of the range, or simply live nearby, there is the option of free collection from the shop in Witten (near Dortmund).
During opening hours (Tue-Fri 2-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm) or by appointment at another time.

Shipping within Germany:
Within Germany (except islands) there are a few different shipping flat rates:
1. shipping via DHL for EUR 3,99
---> Free shipping for orders over 200€
---> Dispatch to DHL Packstation possible with corresponding address entry!
2. shipping via DPD for EUR 3,99
3. shipping via Hermes for EUR 5,49
Shipping to the EU:
Shipping to other EU countries is as follows:
All of EU: EUR 4,99
---> Free shipping for orders over 200€
Shipping to other EU countries is via DPD or UPS.
Shipping to non-EU countries:
We also ship parcels to non-EU countries.
There are various flat-rate shipping costs:
1. Non-EU countries in Europe Zone 1-3 (e.g. Switzerland, Norway etc.)
The flat-rate shipping cost for these countries is EUR 17.99 and shipping is via UPS or DPD.
For EUR 22.99, we also ship with DHL.
2. Non-EU countries Zone 4 (e.g. Turkey, Serbia, Georgia, etc.): EUR 31.99 (net).
We ship to these countries with DHL.
3. Worldwide (e.g. USA, Brazil, etc.) EUR 50.00 for 1 book and an additional EUR 12.50 per book.
Shipping to distant countries is primarily determined by weight, which is rather impractical for books.
Ordering multiple books significantly reduces the shipping costs per book.
We ship to these countries via DHL and FedEx.
If your country is not included in the list at checkout, please email us at
support@pascals-comickiste.com.
We will then contact you and inform you about the shipping costs.
Please note that the books include 7% German-VAT and that the VAT for non-EU countries is deducted during checkout,
reducing the price per book by 7%.
The shop therefore asks for the destination country in advance in order to calculate the VAT correctly.
